The Neighbourhood Centre is still undergoing works and will not be able to be used for online classes. You can however attend online classes via the Supper Room in Winton.

Uniforms
Order by 17th April for Term 3 arrival.
Please be reminded that all uniform pieces are made-to-order and are strictly non-refundable. We do have some stock left over from the start of the year which is available to try-on and buy direct from the studio in Julia Creek. Please ask Miss Tammy for assistance (before or after class) in Julia Creek if you wish to make a purchase (payment can be made online or with cash handed to Miss Tammy).
Office Hours & Contact
This year we are transitioning to regular office hours: 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri. We welcome open communication at any time, however we wish to advise that our response time will take approx 3-5 working days.
In the past parents have privately messaged Miss Tammy and Miss Amy to their personal Facebook messenger, which makes it challenging to keep track of the high volume of dance related communication. We kindly ask that moving forward communication to all teachers is directed through the following platforms:

Term 2 Tuition Fees
Term 2 tuition fees are due 14th April 2022, and as of the 29th April at 15 Days overdue will incur a 10% increase (if unpaid). Please finalise payment for tuition fees as promptly as possible to avoid penalties.
NOTE: We will advise when Term 2 tuition fees open soon via our One Stop Shop.
Private Lesson Payment
Please be reminded that payment for private lessons must be finalised prior to attending the lesson on the day of the lesson. Payment can be made via the website or in cash is person prior to the lesson.
Joining additional classes
If your child wishes to join additional classes, on top of what they are already enrolled in, please arrange to join all additional classes by week 1 Term 2. Please note Term 2 is the last chance to join dance classes in 2023 as we will commence concert prep in Term 2. If you know of anyone who has children who would like to dance please pass on the message that Term 2 is the cut off date to join for the year.
Concert Costume Payments
This year we will be collecting concert costume deposits of $30 per style at the time of payment of Term 2 tuition fees (14th April) for students enrolled in classes in Cloncurry, Julia Creek & Richmond. This deposit will be applied to final costume payments due with Term 3 tuition fees (7th July). The costume deposit is in place to reduce the financial impact in Term 3. All costume deposits are non-refundable. Costumes are compulsory for all students wishing to perform in the end of year performances.

MISS AMY ON MATERNITY LEAVE
Miss Amy will be on maternity leave and away from Julia Creek, with reduced admin duties and teaching commitments as of 1st March 2023 (until approx 15th May).
Miss Amy will continue to teach all of her scheduled online classes and as well as responding to communication. However response times may at times be delayed.
While we have additional admin staff on duty durring Miss Amy's maternity leave, she will still endeavour to respond to parents and students.
