Winton in person Workshop 12th Feb + 5th March
Miss Tammy is coming to Winton to deliver in person workshops at the following times:

10:00-10:30 Gumnut Baby
10:30-11:00 Pre-Primary/Primary/Pre- Intermediate Hip-Hop
11:00-11:30 Pre-Primary/Primary Ballet
11:30-12:00 Pre-Primary/Primary/Pre- Intermediate Jazz
12:00-1:00 Intermediate Foundation Ballet (note slight change to time)
1:30-2:30 Grade 5 Ballet (Tigga only)

By now many of our students who placed a uniform order before 10th Dec 2022 have received their uniform order (if not, your order left Brisbane last week and will be with you very soon). I you ordered after the 10th Dec 202 and have not yet received your order, your order sits within the Term 2 delivery period. 

If you have noticed yourself or others who ordered after the 10th Dec 2022 have received their order already, this is simply because being the start of the year, we arranged to have some stock on hand for immediate dispatch. This is not common practice. Our uniforms are made to order and may take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive. The most recent order period for term 2 arrival is 11th Dec - 30th January. If your order was placed between those dates and you have not yet received your order, you can expect it to arrive in term 2. This is why ordering by our cut off dates is very important as we ordinarily don't keep stock on hand. 

We receive high volumes of e-mails asking for updates on order progress etc, please be aware that your order is in production from the moment it is placed, until you receive a fulfilment notice from us via e-mail. Once your order is 'fulfilled' it will be available for collection at your next in person class (Richmond, Julia Creek, Cloncurry, Barcaldine) or sent to you via Australia Post (Distance Dance students). 

Thank-you for your patience in waiting for your uniform pieces to arrive.

Big thanks to all of our students and parents for being welcoming to our new online teachers and behind the scenes admin staff. Our new teachers: Miss Gabi, Miss Jacqui, Miss Bel and Miss Louise have passed on lovely feedback about all of the students and are excited to be working with us this year. You may have also noticed we have an extra set of hands working behind the scenes this year in the admin department. Thank-you for your patience as we adjust to our new format and train staff. 

Principal Teacher, Miss Amy is now 33 weeks pregnant and is preparing to reduce admin and teaching hours in the coming weeks in the lead up to the arrival of her third baby. Please note if your child is in Miss Amy's classes, they can still expect to see her online for classes. 

Office Hours & Contact
This year we are transitioning to regular office hours: 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri. We welcome open communication at any time, however we wish to advise that our response time will take approx 3-5 working days. 

In the past parents have privately messaged Miss Tammy and Miss Amy to their personal Facebook messenger, which makes it challenging to keep track of the high volume of dance related communication. We kindly ask that moving forward communication to all teachers is directed through the following platforms:

Term 1 Tuition Fees
Term 1 tuition fees were due 20th Jan 2022, and as of the 4th Feb were 15 Days overdue and have now incurred a 10% increase. Please finalise payment for tuition fees as soon as possible to avoid further penalties. 

Private Lesson Payment
Please be reminded that payment for private lessons must be finalised prior to attending the lesson on the day of the lesson. Payment can be made via the website or in cash is person prior to the lesson. 

Joining additional classes
If your child wishes to join additional classes, on top of what they are already enrolled in, please arrange to join all additional classes by next week. Please make contact with us directly or make payment via the 'One Stop Shop'.
