Julia Creek/Distance Dance Body Conditioning (T1) Intermediate/Senior TUESDAY's 11+ yrs
Classes weekly delivered via zoom. Tuesdays 4:00-5:00pm.
BODY CONDITIONING class is a combination of deep stretching and body conditioning. The class is heavy in cardio to increase endurance for the dancer. The class includes several arms, abdominal, and leg exercises to strengthen the entire body. Strong muscles are vital for protecting the body and of course improving dance skills! Healthy muscles are important to let you more freely and keep your body strong.
Prompt payment of fees is greatly appreciated. A late fee of 10% will be applied to fees up to 15 days after fees are due (unless prior arrangements have been made). No refunds or credits will be given to classes not attended. If you would like to discontinue any classes, please give notification prior to the beginning of the term.
